What is JIM
JIM stands for ‘Job Information Management’. ‘JIM’ rolls off the tongue more easily!
Do you remember the adverts for the razor company Remington Productions Inc back in the eighties? The tagline was ‘I liked the shaver so much I bought the company’
Well, we didn’t buy JIM, but we did build it. We built JIM for our own IT support businesses. And the reason we did so was because we simply couldn’t find an off-the-shelf or software-as-a-service product that was fit for purpose. So we built the first ticket module in 2013 and JIM has grown from there.
