What is JIM
Sales (Prospects module)
Operations (Ticketing module)
JIM stands for ‘Job Information Management’. ‘JIM’ rolls off the tongue more easily!
Do you remember the adverts for the razor company Remington Productions Inc back in the eighties? The tagline was ‘I liked the shaver so much I bought the company’
Well, we didn’t buy JIM, but we did build it. We built JIM for our own IT support businesses. And the reason we did so was because we simply couldn’t find an off-the-shelf or software-as-a-service product that was fit for purpose. So we built the first ticket module in 2013 and JIM has grown from there.
Why does this matter to you? Well, three main reasons:
- JIM is made for you. JIM was built by an IT company for use in IT companies. It encompasses everything an IT business needs to run its business
- JIM is proven. We operate JIM in our own businesses and so bugs have long-since been ironed out; what’s more, JIM itself has been adapted to meet the needs of the staff in our IT businesses thanks to continuous feedback.
- JIM is comprehensive. From lead to sale to ticket/project to order completion to invoicing. JIM has got you covered.
One customer record. No more wrestling with maintaining 2, 3, 4 or even more customer records across separate CRM, operational and accounting systems. One customer record, with a complete history of everything you’ve done, are doing and are planning to do for them.
JIM – it’s a business management system, but not as you know it…
Remember, unlike other systems where you pay extra for each ‘module’, JIM’s pricing package is a straightforward all-in-one deal.
